Introducing Executive Chef Shay Cooper
Shay Cooper's modern and subtly sophisticated take on traditional British cooking has earned him a slew of awards and a stellar record. Under his direction, The Bingham Hotel in Richmond received a Michelin star, a success he repeated as Executive Chef at The Goring. In 2020 he was the launch chef for the reopening of the famous Notting Hill restaurant, Julie's.
